Lozenge patterning on 1:350?!
The presence of the knife in the pic delivers the gobsmack all right. Stunning! 8) 8) 8)

Fantastic paint (or decal) jobs.

Thanks!
A decal/paintjob combo.. Lozenge decals are home printed but they were a pain to fit properly, especially around the struts on the lower wings. Other detailing is painted.
I think the next job will be a boatload of simple breguet 14s in french 5 color camo. That should be solved quickly.

Awesome work! The models look rather effective for the scale, may I ask who manufactures them? I've been considering some "Fokker Plague" gaming recently, and been looking for manufacturers since - would prefer smaller scale as it wouldn't require such a huge playing field (and allow for smaller bases).

Hi Chris
The planes are all one-piece 3d prints from Shapeways.
The good:
- Very precise proportions and detailing when compared to metal models
- One piece models. no assembly needed.
- Plastic = Light weight means that you can use high flight stands. Oust stands are 80 cm carbon poles
The bad
-More fragile than metal models. Needs reinforcing with cyano-acrylate glue at landing gear and struts to make them stronger (easy to do).
You can find a list of all the available models in 1/350 here: http://icog.dk/ICOG/Links.html
