I'm sure it comes as no surprise that Skull Island was a huge inspiration for our Perilous Island setting. We even placed it at the same coordinates.  ;) lol

Pauld,

Thanks for the recommendation. Just bought it and started reading it. Reads much like an early Doc Savage novel, with the descriptions and characterizations sounding just right. Will Murray -- who has been the leading Doc Savage and Lester Dent researcher -- wrote it, and it is clear he wrote it with much love and affection. Hopefully this will lead to other pulp crossover novels in the future.
