Title: Dr. Jones, I presume?

I think every Pulp gamer needs an Indiana Jones ;). So getting one was mandatory...but which one? There are quite a lot of Indies out there and frankly, I dislike almost all of them. Until I saw this Reaper miniature. I think he's perfect as a 28mm (or rather 30mm) Indy. The sculpt has lots of cool equipment and a nice pose. I did clip off the shotgun on the back, so it looks more like a scabbard for the machete.
Then a simple paintjob with some NMM and my leader for the IRES Pulp Alley league is done!

I'm not sure what you did to the machete blade, but "wow". Nice job!

If he going off to the Shifting Sands for some adventure?

Nicely done!

What paints did you use for the jacket and pants?

FLattery?  Well, I plan on using your paint job to "inspire" painting one of my two Brigade Games Indiana Jones figures - in 15 mm!  You've captured the colors on that coat superbly.
