Just Fantasy, as WAB (and indeed anything 'historical') no longer exists in GW's world.
The 'historical' bit no doubt refers to the 'history' of the various WFB races, which, to be fair to GW is complex and has some really good background detail...if one is into the whole Warhammer thing, of course.
