Brrr! Looks chilly! Great stuff.
-
Yep, chilled to the bone just from watching those ;)
-
Excellent work! What is the basis of the first building? It looks really effective :)
-
I like :D
Can you get inside the first building?
Where's it from? Interestingly it's a similar architectural style to my own (examples similar to which I think I've seen in just about every Northern European and East Coast USA City that I've looked at)
-
Thank

It 'is a piece of Berlin house extension (1/72 model)

Snow tutorial
(http://3.bp.blogspot.com/-0xBSogs64hc/Us5pt9aOL4I/AAAAAAAAAVk/AV-gC9DyYR0/s1600/tutoneige.JPG)
1. Stick PVA
2. Powder "Snow"
3. Sublayer white
3.5 We can put back a little snow before the paint is dry.
4. Matt varnish
5. For base of miniatures or to make heap of snow, I use some dough white (white liquid stone from prince august).
This technique aims at not leaving tracks of "snow" everywhere.(Pendentif transport)

Very nice paintjobs!
I love the theme too. My only recommendation would be putting more ice by the tires of the crashed car. It caught my eye as strange looking (possibly because I've had to shovel more times than I can count this winter).

Very nice transformation. It's subtle enough not to dominate the character of the original figure, yet firmly places that figure into a modern setting . Good skills!

SSS is a fantastic game that I heartily endorse! I plan to get a few games of SAGA in at my local game club, but by summer I plan to have enough SSS painted up for some winter goodness in the summer!
Download the free rules, give them a read and see the fantastic game Steve wrote!

Just absolutely beautiful work. The terrain is top notch! Lots of little details that really sell it!
-
Great stuff Samy! I wish your and the other French players a lot of fun!
Ps: the zombie rules are not forgotten - my back injury stopped me sitting at a PC but it is better now and as soon as I finish the overdue moulding and casting I will get on with them :D
-
That is looking really nice, you have obviously put a lot of time, effort and love into it. :)
-
Get to ze Choppa!
Very nice looking game. Its very fun isnt it, especially the random weather elements and no ammo. That leads to some particular fun cat and mouse gaming ;)
Whats the chopper? It certainly works.
Cheers
Matt
-
Samy, Erik and Matt: thanks for the kind remarks about SSS :D
-
It's deserved Steve!!! I like simple fun games. WHFB has way too much going on to remember it all and silly tables to compare Apple's and oranges. Yours is quick, entertaining, funny, cheerful and bang on for a small game.
Cheers
