Title: Bits of terrain and some venetians
Post by: Olofeus on December 31, 2013, 03:19:30 PM
Just introducing myself and showing some of my stuff.
The minis are for Pike & Shotte (Great Italian Wars) and the terrain is for By Fire and Sword.
I'm currently painting swedes and finns.
More and better pictures to come.

Meanwhile in Sweden. Well actually Poland.
With better camera. The mobile pictures were poor.

Welcome aboard!

Very handsome windmill. I like them in the terrain mix because they are at once a structure and a machine. Just my quirk I suppose.

Well executed church.

Commendable troops also.

Top hole!

Venice is one of my favorite city-states (Italian Wars).

Well done ordnance sets.

You have a good eye.

Edit:

I modified my 15mm and used brass wire for their pikes.

My "latest" attempt to finish my Venetians is in 25mm/28mm figures from several manufacturers.

In the 15th c. Venetian Army I enjoy the luxury of good Light Cavalry a la the Stradioti / Capelletti.
