Title: Muskets & Tomahawks for XVIIth century - advice needed

I've recently read Muskets & Tomahawks, and they've got me intrigued. I'm thinking about using them in a medium skirmishes in eastern ren games. So my question is, wat tweaks/house rules do I need to incorporate? Any suggestions?
