Dunno, I'm unfamiliar with the character.
Besides, your link seems to show a large individual, or a small girl...

I'll keep an eye out though...

Blackball Games AEWWII line also have a couple of useful examples, the 'Lab Rat' & 'Mad Doktor', (they do come up quite slender compared to more heroically proportioned minis though). Also, Artizan make a classic of the 'mad doc' genre.
