Hi Lord S
It is a Monolith Design statue based on a plastic display stand, infilled with polystrene 'pizza base' and some resin lion heads (by Fantascene) added to cover holes on the plinth!

Yeah, that looks to be a lammasu to me.

I like the stone effect by the way. Just the right texture, really well done.
