I'm not really familiar with Reaper...

How is this going to play out... single one off figures, or lines of figures?

And yes, indeed, the Chronotechnician Rosie Johnson and Nick Stone, intergalactic Marine are very nice mini's.

It will be single one off figures from various genres.  They already have one release out.  These are upcoming.  Reaper has usually made Fantasy miniatures as well as Mechs for their game CAV.

I bought their "not" Indiana Jones figure at Origins this weekend. He's part of the Chronoscope line. He's definitly "heroic scale" as (Reaper likes to put it) 28mm. What I like about the line is that some figures come with different heads and arm combos, like Darkson figs, (sadly way out of scale with Darkson).
