Finished my first hoverbot and turned him into a Mr. Gutsy.
added 2 more cameras and a pincher and modified the end of one arm to resemble a plasma gun. (as luck would have it, BV sells loose parts of his figs, so I ordered extra cameras and some protectron arms :D)
the flame is actualy the clear resin support that comes with the mini. I just snipped the ends off and turned it upside down, then used some clear colors to represent the flame.

the next one will become a Mr. Handy.
Still doubting if the last will be a repcon handy or Outcast Gutsy.

Nice! Very clean paintjob, I especially like the worn star on the side.
Also, were you able to order extra eye stalks, or did you make them yourself?
-
Victory on the paint job there!!! :) :-* :-* :-*

That turned out very nice! Thanks on the heads up for loose parts. I am making an order soon and that will come in handy. :D

Nice job with the flame, very clever!

Thanks guys.
@Harrymason : yes I did order an extra 6 eyestalks as well as 4 protectron arms (just for the pinchers)
My biggest worry will be the sawblade for the Mr.Handy. I tried to cut one from a styrene disc but wasn't to happy with my first attempt. :?

Did you do it freehand or were you using a template?

Freehand.
I'll create a template in coreldraw for the next attempt, but still, it's so small I fear I'll cut the grooves to big.
Ah well, I'll cross that bridge when I get there.
