Title: Vote for Gloire now!
Post by: Operator5 on November 23, 2006, 01:33:25 PM
Okay, you don't have to, but Tabletop Gaming News is running a "Best of..." contest and Gloire is nominated in Best new tabletop miniatures game.

If you think it is (or if you just want to see a little game beat out the big guys) head on over and vote for us.

Is it strictly ethical for me to vote for a game I haven't actually played yet merely on the grounds that I like the author and kind of owe him a favour?

I did anyway. Haven't played any of those other games either, so I don't feel so bad now.

As the only Swashbuckling game amongst the usual sci-fi and Fantasy type games Gloire got my vote! :)

Before voting I checked some of the rules I didn't knew. "No Limits" for example is just a very poor Warzone rip-off. And the other games are probably even worse. So one just has got no other choice...

Thanks very much, guys! I really appreciate the support and the votes. Even if Gloire never wins any prizes, I am happy that you like it that much.  8)

I voted for you Pete, although I am concerned that success will lead you to an inflated ego and possibly a frilly collar on your tabard.
