Title: 28mm Pathan Village Watchtower Query

Does anyone know of anyone who makes 28mm Pathan watchtower models as per something like this photo? A Google search was unproductive, which leads me to suspect that I may need to either commission one (which will probably cost an arm and a leg) or do without, as I'm incapable of building one myself, even if I had the time to do so... :(
