Title: [WH 40.000] A second edition battle, Squats VS Harlequins !

So.

There was some 40k second edition fight today.

My squats encounter the superb harlequins army of my good friend Gandahar.

I get some usefull strat cards and get a +1 to leadership to all squats, very usefull against a whole army who cause fear. I get a bonus dice to my strategy rating and roll a six.

So he deploy first and play second. Nice !

I rush with my multi melta trike to kill his dreadnought and he play a disfonction card ...

I shoot with my thudd gun and get a miss fire / hit ...

After this bad debut, all goes well.

I force him to rest in cover with my numerous heavy weapons. My bikes destroyed his jet bikes.
His solitaire teleport out off table with his teleport field ^^

My termite surfaced and my exo armored hearthguard began to beat him heavily in his own deployement zone. He admit it was the only time it happen to him ...

My mission was raid so all goes well.
Sadly my warlord was a bit unlucky in close combat and naturally his mission was the assassins ...

When his avatar of the laugthing god appear, I immediately shoot him with a well placed graviton gun. ^^

His high prophet take fire and teleport out of the table ...  ha ha ha twice in the same game.

At the end of the five turn, I win 24 to 16.
The sad death of my warlord give him 5 ...

They are by Armorcast I am afraid, so not available anymore. But you can get great substitute from Ramshackle these days!!!

Yes this termites are armorcast models.

They aren't aviable anywhere except ebay and the price is generaly high if not recasted.

Fantastic work. That really takes me back to the early days of 40k.
