Title: (COMMERCIAL) Anyone able to contact Last Stand Convertibles?

"Contact us" recently sent but no miniatures after several weeks.

Are they still in business?

Need I contact Paypal or my CC issuer about non-delivery?

Is it normal to take multiple weeks (14 April PayPal paid them for th first order, recently - 9 May - paid again thinking I had not hit the right button but Paypal shows two payments currently in my history) to get a small order filled and shipped?

Have you received an email from them in the first place telling you that your order has been received etc? If not, better get your money back through Paypal, I think.

Money back (one order credited to Paypal, other refunded to CC via PayPal.)
