Title: Where Quar REALLY come from....

Whenever I read about the Quar in some thread or another I always feel one of my 3 brain cells (Ed, Fred and Ned) trying to get my attention (it's Ned). This morning I finally took notice after reading the APOD on MakeMake (translation - Astronomy Picture Of the Day; MakeMake, a Plutoid planet, is shown today). I followed a couple of links to read all about it and remembered the existence of a tiny planetoid by the name of...

That is, undoubtedly, their real home. Trouble is at the temperatures found there  their snouts would fall off!

50,000 Quar make up a reasonably-sized Crusader Guard Brigade.

But yeah, 50000 Quaoar does seem a bit small and chilly. But not too small and chill to not fight over!
