To commemorate D-Day, Amazon are offering the Bolt Action rulebook and selected army lists at discounted rates. I don't know how long the offer lasts, maybe just this one day, so take a look if interested.

I don't have a kindle, but there's a free app to download to your device so it really is a bargain. It's the UK store, but I think there's a similar offer in the US store. For other nations, I don't know but worth having a scout round.

Thanks Nord
Just purchased!

UK only. >:( Not even available for the Kindle in North America.

Just register on the UK site - I'm not in the UK and I'm registered on both .co.uk and .com. Best of both worlds :)

I'm registered on the UK site and it tells me that Kindle deliveries are not available to North America. If you figured out how to get around that I'd like to know how to do it...

How are you paying for items? Is it letting you link the account to a non-UK address to match your CC info?
This really shouldn't be necessary though. Its a digital book. There is no reason at all that they can't sell it across all of their sites.

Lets ponder the insanity of that for a second.
"This collection of electrons is not available in your part of the planet.

Living in Denmark, I altered my address to my parents address in the UK. You might be able to that, perhaps type in some random address.

I'm in the UK, so don't need to try this - and I take no responsibility if you or your kindle self destructs as a result ;D Amazon tips on changing kindle country (http://www.amazon.co.uk/forum/kindle/Tx371NJOAY3GV5T?_encoding=UTF8&cdForum=Fx3IRFCNF3E5K2W&displayType=tagsDetail&ref_=cm_cd_tfp_ef_tft_tp) and possibly this as well (http://www.amazon.co.uk/gp/help/customer/display.html?nodeId=201270030)

I had a look at my Kindle account and it seems to be based on my country of residence (Ireland) and it gives me a choice of Kindle shops - either .com or .co.uk
Just go to Manage Account and then Country Settings.
Hope that helps

I got an alert through for this, and am I alone in thinking it seems a bit exploitative on today of all days?
