Survivors look spot on and the skin tones are great. Never been keen on green for zombies though, think that the zombie skin could do with a little more work to compliment the great survivors they'll be chewing on.

I think that the main issue is apparent with the big fat cook, the skin looks so smooth he has a 'toady' look about him.

An ink wash may help there.
