I've had this "Battle Machines" vehicle sat on my shelf for ages. It's supposed to be 1:32 scale but is way off and closer to 1:50. I had been looking for some inspiration to do something with it and found a nice mini for "Sulphur" called Big Momma ( 28mm resin). She's got a back patch with a skull and crossed spanners and thought she could do with a drive.
I did away with the over-sized rear gun on the rig and replaced it with a quad machine gun from a ww2 US vehicle. It needs weathering as it's far too clean!
Anyhow, here's a few shots:

Here's a couple of shots of Big Momma. She needs Basing and varnishing.

Here's a scale shot with Big Momma. The crappy base pushes her height a little but she will be put on a clear base to bring her down a bit.

Yikes!
She's scary! :o
Well done.

Awesome truck! :)
-
Brilliant.
-
Brilliant! Great paint scheme.
-
Really good work! Matching the driver and the truck's paint scheme is a great idea and it's nice to see some bright colors in a world of post apoc vehicles that seem to be awful drab.
The Jada Battle machines are really neat model/toys even if some of them are too big. The big-rig, though is perfect for 28mm though and I kicked myself for not getting one when they were at Toys R Us. We've got a couple of the Silverados in our post apoc collection, but they're not nearly as well painted as yours.

Brilliant.
Love the scheme, love that the rig and the driver match, and love the idea of Battlecars in 28mm. I've been stockpiling G-Machines in 1:50 for this very purpose. Speaking of which, would it be possible to see the Big Rig alongside one of your G-Machines? Also, does this mean that you're dipping your toe in the waters of 28mm Battlecars again, or is this just a one-off?
Either way, it's superb.

Pappa, that is wrong on so so many levels. I think it might be the thong. :-)
But alas as many wrecks i just cant turn away.
But i do love the combination. Both truck and Momma look great. And i agree the change of the weapon on the truck is much better.

Thanks, Grimm! Tis what I was struggling to put into words. So much talent and vision applied to something I'm finding so disturbing.
Can hardly wait for more... :D

Thank you all for the comments!
I've got to agree that I find her a little disturbing and I painted her!!!!

I originally bought her for Zombicide but that Rig has been sat for ages amongst other "to do" projects. I'll post some comparison shots with my other Battle-cars once I dig them out of storage.
Just a quick pic of the finished rig and Momma.

Good stuff, those sulphur miniatures are really rather special, esp the quad bikes.

BIG MOMMA AINT NO MO :'( :'( :'( :'(
SHE GAWN FROM AA :'( :'( :'( :'(
You necro'd a seven year old thread, and it doesn't appear that Terragnosis/AA ever finished all the figs from the Kickstarter that originally paid for the Sulphur range. You might try emailing AA and seeing if they still have her tucked away somewhere and she just didn't get listed on the store page, but she might also have been a KS exclusive.
