Our weeknight group is resuming adventure games in the South Pacific.
Background Story: 15,000 Miles From The Past
---
Chapter 2: Nineteen Years Later was posted on the 24th of August here:

----------
It features a SHOCKING flashback conclusion involving a mysterious U-Boat and a Britischen gunboat in late November 1918 off the Island of Malabascar in the South Pacific. Otherwise the date is now December 1937.
----------
You will see lots of new terrain items, models, some curious 28mm miniatures and wonder at a secret mission. Along the way various personalities will be introduced with a little character development.
----------
The adventure advances by briefly captioned photos and is a quick read. You might stop to view the photos though. Hope so. I think you might enjoy them. Different.
----------
Take a look when you have time. Thank you in advance for looking in and do leave comments for our wargame group to read, if you please. I think you will have fun.

I'm gratified with your interest and for liking the three chapters. The next chapter is photographed and will appear mid-October. The plan is to post one chapter a month till completion. Thank you very much for writing.

Where did you acquire the British gunboat, or is it scratchbuilt? Rousing tales, by the way.

Ahoy Tom,
Chuck has it right. Thank you Chuck. The Virtual Armchair General has an arrangement with Richard Houston to scratch build 28mm gunboats and many other kinds of vessels. The product offers just the right mix of realism and functionality. Richard's concept is to not usually build the exact same vessel. Our group has five. Lucky for me three are in my harbor downstairs! One (Luchs in the story) is on loan from a pard.
Cheers,
Bill
