Title: WIP - Calpe Miniatures Prussians - 1st Silesian Infantry Regiment No. 10

Greetings  :)

I am currently working on some fantastic models from Calpe miniatures whom will be painted to represent the 1st Silesian Infantry Regiment No. 10 which fought at the battles of Leipzig and Waterloo to name a few during the Napoleonic Wars.

I love painting Prussians as the dark blue jackets coupled with the brighter turnbacks, collars/cuffs and leather trappings really set the model off.

Now, you'll obviously see from the pictures that I started with the darker colours, so the jackets, trousers, shako and gaiters are finished. I'm now working on the skin tones and then I'll move to finish with the red jacket turnbacks and the white leather straps and finally the yellow collar and cuffs to show the province colour of Silesia  :)
