Title: VBCW: Paint your wagon!
Post by: jp1885 on September 16, 2014, 09:23:53 AM
A few bits finished in time for next week's Herefordshire Big Game - the first of our games where shortages of fuel and ammunition will be factored in via experimental house rules.

Better get some supply vehicles and runners done then!

Cheers mate!

I hope the rules work out - there's already been some 'discussion' about them...

I'll have a word with Simon,He's due over some time next week .
He's bringing me another one to convert using the tracks from the Russian WW2 lorry and the front wheels from the Thornycroft(he always has a worried edge to his voice when I start chopping up new releases lol)The Russian lorries have a great Vbcw, and Pulp feel when you paint them any thing but green.
Have a look at the new carts from 1st Corps(I say new I made them that long ago I'd almost forgotten that I'd made them). There ideal for Vbcw There are different loads and one with a hooped canvas tarp.If people email and request wheels from the civil war range.I'm intending to use it as a two wheeled dog cart ambulance for ww1.
do you want a picture of the camo netted supply dumps posting here or do you want to wait until you get your hands on some yourself?
Mark.

Nothing wrong with chopping things up!  :D
Sounds good mate - will definitely check out the carts.
By all means post up some photos - gives me a frame of reference if nothing else :)

I' m a bit sidetracked with a couple or three robots at the mo.So I've not had chance to finish painting them up(The boss keeps reminding me to do the stuff I'm commisioned to do,Not go off and play with my own toys.I know she's right because she said she is lol.she also says after twenty years I should know it by now)
Simon has the bits you asked for cast, should be on their way to you this week.Barbed wire will be after Darby though.Which means you'll have them painted long before I do.
Mark.
