Hi Folks
Last night saw the Shed play its first game of Terminators - a home brew rule set in the ruins of an old city.

Great stuff, nice ideas too. Pretty much what I expect from you Giles. Keep it up!

Great terrain, battle report and the rules sound like they did what they were designed to do.
Personally not a fan of something being able to regenerate fully. I prefer regen to be only a partial power with the thought that full repair takes outside assistance.
Just a preferance. I feel the same when it hppens in stories or movies to. Full recovery is to much for my tastes.
Oh I forgot to say the tactics, on both sides, sounded pretty solid.

To begin with I was nervous about the full regen BUT it did make for an interesting dilemma for our human survivors do they hang around and take out a weakened unit and run the risk of being counterattacked or do they pull out.
Lets face it the movies portray these robots as virtually invulnerable - we certainly captured that spirit.
Thanks for all the above comments - over a dozen folks have requested the rules... :)
On a final point it is critical in a game like this to have a clear objective otherwise it just becomes a straight fire fight which can be incredibly boring...
Until next time
