As some might be aware of, I am soon launching my 1st wargaming supplement for World at War.
Even for a pdf book you need a good Publishers name.
So far Dave and I came up with:
Kriegspiele AD
Quality Wargames AD
AD Publishing
o_o
So - I need your input! Do you got any cool ideas?
The only thing that is a must is "AD" (for Agis and Dave).
-
...Kriegspiele AD...
That's look good to me... but why not "Kriegspiele Publishing AD" or "Kriegspiele AD Publishing"?
-
Kriegspiel sounds very "uncool" and oldfashioned for Germans, is it really nice for English speaking people? ???
-
Why not use DA? AD has other connotations in English.
Kriegspiele would be my favourite as well
-
You do know there's already Kriegspiel Miniatures (http://theminiaturespage.com/man/kriegspiel/), right? While the spelling and branch aren't precisely the same, they're quite close.

So does DA - Ducks Arse!!
Whats Daves surname - could you combine the two to make a name?
-
As said, "AD" stands!
The rest is open...
;)
Right now I tend towards "AD Wargames".

AD Wargames doesn't sound bad.
And ADW as it's going to be shortened to doesn't seem to have any awful hidden meaning:

"Kriegspielers" was one of the brand names for Custom Cast Miniatures, a very poorly-sculpted figure line from the mid-late 1970s. You probably want to avoid associations to that name (although Custom Cast does have its fans...).

What about AD Wargamers
-
How about;
AD Strategies
AD Logistics
AD Communications
Just some ideas. I like the German one because I can't say it and my mind boggles as to what it might mean. ;D
