Title: AK Interactive paints?

anyone tried these?  specifically are they any good for brush use, I have no interest in their airbrush use.

Yep,they are good; I use them either with brushes or an airbrush,just use a little talc in your mix as some(not all) are a little satin.

How do they differ from Vallejo Model colors? Any idea
