Please let me know what you think about this format.
Do you like seeing the dice rolls and rules?

I am quite enamoured of this format.
The dice rolls & rules insights are most edifying.

So, yeah, I likes 'em.

Please continue to WOW!! us all on a regular, & frequent, basis.

Thanks Dave & Mila!!

Viva La Cartel Phipps!!

Just excellent Dave  :-* :-* Worst of all you convinced me to part with hard earned cash for Vice Alley.  I really didn't think that I needed Gangster rules but aggressive bystanders........ yeah I need that.

You're going to love Vice Alley. I think it is some of Dad's best stuff yet. It's jam-packed with all kinds of fun stuff for any setting.

Hi Dave - Great report and story line.

I like this format very much, the dice rolls and explaination work well and give a better insight into the game rather than the more usual bang he's dead. The comic book style also works well because it keeps the text with the picture. Less confusing for us hard of understanding.

Also the game flowed from 1 move to the next, probably because there was only 1 line of action rather than half a dozen happening all over the board.

Really enjoyed reading it.

Milas clear base works well on Ace, I just can't work myself up to chopping bases off figures and fitting clear ones !!!!!!

I like wandering bystanders

Ayup, as you can see, we still have lots of figures that have not been re-based. But this is also a good example of why I prefer her new clear bases over my older metal washers.

Now it is easy than ever to make the leap to Mila's Ultra-Inviso bases --- http://store.pulpalley.com/product-p/1320.htm

HAVE FUN

Ayup Dave you are up early.

I always thought Ayup was a Yorkshire expression, as in "ayup lad", you're not from Yorkshire are you - it would explain all the good ideas you have.

I have just bought some resin figures and am going to try the clear bases on them before I get out the toenail clippers for the lead ones.

Thanks for the link  :)

Brilliant!!

Now how can I add these to my existing order that's patiently(yeah! RIGHT!!)awaiting shipment?

Seems foolish NOT to, don't it?

The Phipps Cartel boldly claims another perilous part of pulp purchasing...

Gonna be TWO Thansgivings THIS November!!

I haven't read all the way through the Vice Alley PDF yet so this report makes me even more interested in getting it read and onto the table in the near future.

Looks like I'll have a reasonable amount of downtime over the Christmas holidays this year, going to plan a couple of pulp games for sure and get into the new VA supplement's goodness.

Dave, I know that this wonderful AAR has been posted more then 2 years ago... but I feel myself obliged to say that this little piece of awesomeness - with a biplane, tramp steamer, daring escape, non-stop action and even a princess all in a single setting - that made my RPG games of CoC take a much more PULP approach... and is also responsible for slowly and inexorably take me into the perilous and unknown depths of pulp miniature gaming...  ;)
