With the release of Khurusan's Thranites in 15mm, he has the Troops, Heavies, Veterans, Support Arty and APC's covered.
Now for some real flavor.
I need to source:
Bikers
Exo Armors
Gyrocopters
Any thoughts on who's got figs that may fit the bill, even with some work?

Critical Mass do to 15mm grav bikes (in their Arc Fleet range), and I suppose a torso swap with the Thrainites might be quite passable.
CM also do some Mercenary Star Marines that could work for Exo Armour if you cut the legs down a bit (should be simple enough to do).
Rebel Miniatures do some post-apocalyptic bikers that could be a good source or Harley-style bikes.
Ion Age have some nice-looking tracked bikes here (http://theionage.com/products/iaf028-khamel-tracked-bike). The also have a few rather nice-looking battlesuits too.
15mm.co.uk also have some interesting stuff. This jetcopter (http://www.15mm.co.uk/products/v105-sabre-class-jet-flyer) might suite with a little work perhaps? They also have a bike (http://www.15mm.co.uk/products/102a-law-bike) that might work if you're after a more classic Citadel look. Finally, if you're after some irregular-looking trrops, they offer the Niflung (http://www.15mm.co.uk/products/svp05-niflung-squad) troops.
I think some of the WW2 ranges might have suitable bikes/vehicles that could be ported over with a little conversion work.
Anyway, that's my first stab - I'm sure that folks with more 15mm model experience than I can suggest more. :)

thanks for the comments. The GZG trikes and quads look good too. I'll check the others too. :D

Hasslefree's 28mm Grymn/squats in power armor make excellent exo-suits/mechs for 15mm figures. Don't have any with Khurasan's, but here's a comparison pic with Rebel's Sons of Thunder and 15mm.co.uk's niflung:

I suppose you'd have to top them with helmet wings or something, but I think those look brilliant.

Isn't there a Mod kit for the Hasslefree Grymn battle suits to make it look more 15mmish?
Thought John Bear Ross was designing it.

Yea he did a over the shoulder weapons backpack and arm weapons IIRC.
