Everyone posts about their bad experiences with companies, so I thought for the sake of balance it would be nice to mention it when a company does good...

Short, but succinct. That said, praise for good service is supposed to go on the Commercial board, which is why I shall be moving this thread post-haste.

would it be a nice idea if had a praise sticky in commercial? in fact, users do ask often how long certain companies need to process an order

Pleased to hear it, I've got a couple of A13 tanks I picked up in the sale and I'm awaiting them impatiently.
