Hello to one and all,
Well what can I say about myself, I've just recently started painting and converting again after a short break, well a 16 year break, so I'm currently rubbish. But dont let that put you off. I was rubbish 16 years ago and the magic paint pixie has not done me any favours, but all of the proof has had a nice Detol jacuzzi to hide my shame.
A user of these here boards gave me back a pile of citadel minitures he had been the curator of for these many years and in a desperate attempt to escape the World of Warcraft and all of its ills, I thought I would paint a bit. Turns out I enjoyed it more than I thought I would so here I am.
Slowly painting up a small Terminator Army and a selection of Snotlings. Mainly working through a load of pre 1992 Citadel stuff, with a few nice Heresy and Foundry bits and pieces I've picked up. Discovered the wonders of green stuff and the joys of adding tentacles to things for the sake of adding tentacles.
Any advice would be great, as I say, my painting is rubbish, but its only been two month since I started again. I'll have to dig out some pics to prove my rubbishness!

Welcome aboard, don't be put of by the skills of others, I would suggest that most people on this site are average. However, just because you own a Ford Escort and are happy with it, it doesn't stop you enjoying the sight of a Ferrarri............... and dreaming.........
