It's pretty damned big, I play with it every time I go to Ikea. My wife is now used to the statement of 'prepare attack formation' or similar.

I have one of these in my kitchen (the orange one), and I always refer to it as my personal deathstar (usually triggering a silly grin from me :D and some eye rolling from my wife... ::) )

It's pretty cool, and the opening and closing of the surface regulates light even better than the dimmer we also have installed.

Yeah, if we had one in our house, I'd say "That's no moon... it's a space station" so often that my wife would kill me. She'd probably get off as a justifiable homicide.  lol
