The second Wild West Exodus Kickstarter is running currently.
Reminded me of two desk queens that have been sitting there for a while; first two WWX minis painted!

2 of their not Serenity/ Firefly minis
I got interested when they launched their 1st Kickstarter. Pledge fulfilment was splendid and the minis are really really good!

Astounding work from you as usual!

Great paint ...but I sure don't like the WWEX stuff. Really doesn't move me. lol

Thanks folks! :)

Why so?

Not really sure. The art direction or styling of the minis maybe? I love me some Firefly but can't get excited about these either. I don't think I've ever properly taken to the Steampunk Old West genre for some reason (odd since I like Steampunk, and I like the Old West).
How is the game itself?
-
No real clue, I have read the rules but haven't played a game.
I sounds nice however, bit much bookkeeping for my taste, but otherwise OK.
I was drawn into the game by the minis design. And the quality of the minis actually surpassed my expectations.

I know I never really looked into it because it's a silly scale right? Like 36mm or something arbitrary? That has kept me from really delving in. I loved some of the terrain I saw people make for it.

Yup, they are big:

But not THAT big, they work pretty well with the old Deadlands minis BTW!

Yeah, they do look spot on for the Deadlands stuff.
