Title: 18mm AB Napoleonic French
Post by: ansbachdragoner on March 29, 2015, 11:58:47 AM
I've finally gotten around to basing up my first lot of Napoleonic French troops. The 18mm AB figures are just as lovely to paint as their 20mm WWII stuff.
This is Marshal Joachim Murat command stand (Murat is from the supremely talented Boki), and the first battalion of the 57e Ligne.

Lots more over on my blog, including the second battalion. I intend to use these for Napoleon at War as well as for play testing the Toofatlardies Napoleonic rules currently in development. http://littletinmen.blogspot.com.au/ (http://littletinmen.blogspot.com.au/).

Wonderful painting, mate. The level of detail on Murat's face is stunning considering it's 18mm.
