Just finished my first forays into modern wargaming as well as into 20mm  :o

most excellent. One thing I did to differentiate between support gun teams, was to mount them on washers instead of penny's and for team leaders would add a colored strip on the back of the lip of their base. One strip for a team leader. Two for a squad leader and so on.
