Anyone have tips on how to go about preparing a Heroclix mini for repainting?
I'm assuming that you try to strip the mini of its current paint job.
What do you folks use and what's the procedure?
I hate painting and assembly, so the easier/quicker the process and the more detailed the explanation, the better.
I'm a gamer at heart...not a hobbiest.
Still, I've got sooooo many extra Heroclix (and other prepainted) pieces that I'll never be able to get anything worthwhile out of financially...and I have SuperSystem 4E and Pulp Alley to make use of some repurposed extras...

To be honest I just under coated and repainted mine. I did strip a couple ( about 5 with acetone) but it wasn't really worth the hassle. You can see mine on a thread about a page back. See if you can spot which ones were stripped - I'd better check now that I didn't say which they were in the text!!!!

DR DOOM!!!
Great job.

DR. Doom looks great. I am thinking of putting together a team in SuperSystems 4th edition. With him as a leader.
