Really nice model! And expertly painted!

It's an Autocar machine gun carrier from the Canadian Motor Machine Gun Brigade. Nice to see it in 28mm. Here's what happened if caught in the open:

There are lots of photos if you do a Google search on 'Brutinel Autocar WW1'.

I want one! ;D

pretty neat

Robert this was my submission to 1st Corps :) Still waiting for my copy of it but I think it looks brilliant. Your photo of a destroyed one catches 1 of the 3 that were destroyed in action :), 1 put out of action but returned to service.
But casualties were high in the unit given the open top, incredibly high given the number of personnel.

Well done, Shawn. It is a great addition to the range. Casualties were high amongst machine gunners generally, hence 'Suicide Club' as their alternative collective name.

Well done Shawn! I think you get 2 copies and a choice of another?

My order arrived today. Beautifully cast in resin, with metal wheels and MGs. I am looking forward to the build, which will be straightforward.

I'd recommend that you take the machine gun height from the front gun point, and remove the base on the gunner to achieve the firing height, and warm the ammo belts to shape them.It will cut down on the number of short words you use.

Thanks Mark. I received two standing machine gunners and no NCO with arm outstretched. Still, all good so far.

The figures differ from the one I painted as people complained that you only got one machine gunner when I did a little project research.but if you ask Mick I'm sure you could get one.( mind you if you'd bought my Austin instead, you'd have one anyway, and a driver lol)
-
Thanks. I am ok with what was supplied. Might take a bit of fiddling to get both gunners firing roughly in the same direction but not looking like exact clones standing next to each other. Nothing like a challenge though...

It can be done. lol
I'd love to see your take on it when your done.
