It's a M3A "Scyk" Interceptor, a Scum fighter from the X-wing game

Yes, I was gonna call it More than Meets the Eye but you beat me to it  ;)
The Z's are indeed based on Skywarp and Thundercracker, the others are also based on Decepticon schemes, if you're a G1 fan you should be able to recognize them  :D
(the Y-wing is based on Stunticon,  Breakdown, the Hawk on Predacon,  Divebomb, and the M3a on a Deluxe Insecticon, Venom)

I didn't catch the Decpticon paint schemes. A great idea, and I lose ten GeekKing points for missing it. But where's Starscream?

I actually had another prepped and ready to go, but after priming it I noticed that they were a bit too liberal with the glue on the wings obscuring the detail, it's not too bad but with a light grey paintscheme it is quite noticeable, so Starscream will have to wait till I buy some more Z's and I will turn this guy into one of the coneheads, probably ramjet as I will want to do some minor conversions on Dirge and Thrust
