Great link and pictures,it took me 20 pictures to find a smiling Mongolian,but mission accomplished.

In the photo, where the young cadets studying DSHK, all the characters have shoulder boards. I think in of the Mongol army shoulder straps have appeared no sooner than in the Soviet army. That is the not before 1943. Hence, this photo is not related to the stated theme.
