Title: Missing Artizan WW2 packs
Post by: westwaller on July 18, 2015, 01:31:27 PM
It seems that recently, certain packs from the Artizan designs ww2 range have disappeared from the website-Fallschirmjager bikes and the Brigade Ramcke packs for instance,

Does anybody know why and if they will be back? I know they recently withdrew some German rifle packs, I think to redo them?

I don't know what the brigade ramcke pack is sorry. All the bikes were withdrawn a while back though due to casting problems. I think Nick said he intends to redo them, possibly in resin, but there wasn't a time scale in place as far as I'm aware.

Artizan announced awhile ago that they were consolidating some of their lines. Some offerings disappeared.  :(

Might this be due to the plastic onslaught?

If you're after these mini's the chances are that the molds still exist- maybe it's worth contacting Nick at NS to ask about getting them cast up?

(He probably won't thank me for suggesting this!)

Darrell.

That's an idea, thanks Darrell. I might think about that in the near future. I will see if Nick notices this

thread and what he says first...

Yeah, he may well notice it, one never knows :)
