Except movies an screen captures, do you know where I can find exemples of buildings and design. I'am working on an apes village.

Original or newer version? Either way, there are a lot of books you can find for a small price on the likes of Amazon that are based on the 'making of' and have a variety of design sketches through to set building photographs. Whilst I tend to find these kind of books a little bit less than value for money when they first come out with movie tie ins, they can be useful if found in bargain/clearance stores etc.

I look forward to seeing your village but you can't undertake this project without the ruins of statue of liberty :).

As far as the original movies, I remember there being comic books and a black and white magazine.  All in all very similar to Conan.  There was a live action TV show and a cartoon as well.

If you can get hold of the making of documentary about the films presented by Roddy McDowell there are some nice behind the scenes footage in there

Like olyreed said the documentary, "Behind the Planet of the Apes" was boxed with the DVD collection.  If I remember right it traced the film franchise from it's roots as a french sci-fi novel and provided a glimpse into the design.  It wasn't much more than a snapshot but there were behind the scenes stuff and pre production art.  Probably not enough to justify picking it up but it began life as a movie channel doc and might be kicking around the web somewhere.  At one point Polar Lights produced a Cornelius kit that would be (1/12?) enough to pass for a massive Lawgiver statue.
