I painted up 4 Chaos Knights tonight. The pictures didn't turn out so well. These knights serve the Dark Lord Zhul, Chosen of Chaos. I will post some more on this thread as the army progresses. They are based up for One Hour Wargames by Neil Thomas.

The pictures didn't turn out so well.
Maybe try a darker backdrop. In my experience dark minis against a light/white backdrop tend to turn out as almost-silhouettes in the photos. The camera sensors concentrate on the most common tones in the frame, or something.
Also... hard to tell, but from what I can see of the shadows... is the light source behind the minis, in the first photo?

The lamp is above and slightly behind. I will try a darker background on the next round. Thanks!

I used a flashlight to assist in taking these pictures and a darker background.
