Like many other here, Frostgrave has inspired m to get painting. I've focused mainly on painting and modifying stuff I have lying around, instead of spending money on new minis. Here are some of the things I've been working on:
Treasure tokens:

Here's a repurposed Mordheim warband plus wizards (all stuff that I painted ages ago, but rebased for Frostgrave):

Really nice!
Any idea where that tracker came from? I really like it! :)

Isn't it a GW corsairs of Umbar captain with a bow added?

Brilliant stuff!

That's the Peter Jackson Corsair of Umbar.
-
Both bands look sharp. Good luck to 'em.

Yep, that's him. He comes with hands for a crossbow or a boarding hook, so I just snipped the hook off and put a bow and quiver on his back.

Really nice. I plan to use what I have and do some painting myself.

Nice minis :)
May I ask where the wolf is from?
-
It's a repainted mini from the D&D preprinted minis line (so is the polar bear with the Tracker).

Where are both Witch minis from, they're ace! I love 'em!
-
Could the one on the left be from the Discworld line perhaps? The one on the right I remember being in a set of 3 or 4 witches, which was certainly not Discworld
-
I hadn't thought about those Dunland wildmen for some time - they're perfect, though.
Good stuff!

I recognize those; both are from Reaper and in my Bones pile. Juliette (Wizard) and the townfolk grandmother . Nice simple conversions witch I will be copying. Nice paint jobs too.

Looking good - I particularly like your Wizards! :)
-
Those Dunland models and the wizards are brilliant!
Thanks

Yes, they're from my Bones collection too. I sculpted pointy hats and furry shawls for them, mostly to tie them together visually. I also wanted to cover up Juliette's "boob window". I considered painting Juliette's dress dark blue instead of black as an homage to Tiffany Aching, but instead I decided that she could show off her swanky striped stockings. Her mentor doesn't look impressed.
