Looking for resources. Towards a hypothetical (Northern) Italian League to oppose the armies of Revolutionary France.

Might not be much help but have you looked at the micromark lists on wargames vault. I've got the ones for the papal forces 1790's and Piedomont 1790's.

there are not great details but it's a start.
