I'd like to have a good overview of the commercial options for modelling walls and floors of sci-fi interiors like spaceships, space stations, moonbases, "bunker cities" and the like. Any kind of "techy" rooms-and-corridors type environment. I'm only interested in full 3D representations myself, not printed paper/card terrain or Space Hulk-style 2D maps. (But maybe for reference, the paper/card/2D alternatives could be listed as well, in case other people find them useful).

I suppose the plastic Deadzone terrain could possibly work, at a stretch.
What else is there? I haven't really been following the developments in laser-cut MDF terrain lately, but I think I've seen some stuff along those lines around here on the forums.
And did I just dream having seen 15mm spaceship interiors at some point?

I've got quite a lot of the deadzone terrain and the 3" tall walls would probably not make great interiors. There are a couple of other products I own that I'm pretty fond of:
The "Bug Hunt Corridors" from Fantasy arc. They are lasercut corridors inspired by the Hadley's Hope sets of the Aliens movie.

Pros - Well designed and cut, very modular, lots of nifty detail on the walls.
Cons - Expensive for a full set, roof pieces are separate kits, no exterior detail.
There's also Hirstarts Molds. These aren't actual parts, but mold that you use to make casts (usually in dental plaster) and then assemble somewhat like legos.

Pros - Very modular, lots and lots of useful and interesting parts
Cons - The molds are expensive, there's a learning curve to use them and there's quite a fair bit of extra sweat equity in the casting/assembling over laser cut mdf.
Sedition Wars Terrain Set from Cool Mini Or not. It's a plastic terrain set. Half the set is plastic doors which you probably don't need but it also has lots of equipment and some alien looking items. It makes for great sci-fi scatter terrain. Keep an eye on ebay as it comes up for sale at a decent price from time to time.

Dwarven Forge is very nice, heavy and well detailed but it'll cost you an arm and a leg to get a decent amount as it's out of production and ebay/secondary market only.
Forgeworld's zone mortalis stuff is lovely but very expensive.

If you have the time then the plastic GW 40k city pieces and the Deadzone terrain could be assembled into something very impressive.

The Tehnolog stuff that Pegasus Hobbies (used/sold by Urban War as well) brought out of Russia is usually thought of just for structures, but you can do interior floors and walls. Looks a bit rough, but you didn't specify Space 1999... ;->=
I thought it was out of production, but I see you can still ebay it out of Russia. And, of course, a few left over caches 'in the west.'
Kit names included Platformer, Hexagon, Syberclicks. There were/are some ancillary kits for power stations and chemical plants might be of interest for interiors. Not all compatible if you try to mix-and-match, mind you.

Thanks Beast, I had thought they were out of production too that's why I didn't mention them. I can't find the link, but I'm pretty sure there was someone that had done a space hulk setup with the platformer set years ago.

Actually just googling "3D Space Hulk" pictures brings up a ton of re-purposed and scratch-built terrain
