Title: Setting the East Ablaze playsheet?

I received a copy of this excellent game from On Military Matters in US.  Unfortunately, it did not come with the separate playsheet that's supposed to be included.  I don't suppose anyone has a scan available?

Well, that shouldn't have happened.  i will try and photograph the revised rules one this weekend and post.

My copy didn't come with one either , purchased from Caliver Books

Isn't the playsheet a page of the book, and intended to be copied, rather than a separate enclosure?  If not, I want one too! (copy bought in England at last Partizan show)
