I painted the Champion and Sorcerer for my Thousand Sons warband. He will lead a squad of 5 OOP Thousand Sons Marines and probably two psykers/wizards and another Tzeentch Renegade. I painted the sorcerer with the classic paint scheme of the Thousand Sons, from the Index Astartes. I'm not still sure about what symbol paint in the left shoulder pad.

I'm not still sure about what symbol paint in the left shoulder pad.
For Thousand Sons, I'd say there are a few choices:
1) Original legion heraldry is red armor (Magnus the RED), with an "M" symbol (for Magnus and/or Roman numeral thousand). This one doesn't seem to apply to the way you made him. ;)
2) Corrupted/traitor legion, dedicated to Tzeentch, with blue armor and fire, serpent, bird imagery. That's where you get the circular icon shown in your Index Astartes pic.
3) Independent champion/warband, could have anything really.
Given the way he looks already, #2 seems like the best match, especially if you have some old transfers to use.
If he is supposed to be a particularly independent type, then it's certainly appropriate to make up his own icon too. If so then incorporate things that fit his personality. He already has lots of fiery bits, so that's an obvious starting point. Does he still feel tied to the legion/primarch? Or has he joined/allied with another legion or warband? Is he dedicated solely to Tzeentch?

I chose the classic thousand sons symbol ;)
Here the updated Sorcerer with the first of 5 TS Marines.
I yet painted the TS Marine some months ago, just repainted the base.
-
I love the old figures :-*
The painting is well taken
-
Great paintjob. The flames on the sword are really cool.
-
Fantastic paint jobs on both of them :-* Even the bases with green edges are very classic GW 8)
Never been a huge fan of Tzeentch myself, mainly due lack of my painting skills :)
-
Another TS Marine join the warband, same paint scheme. ;)
-
wow, love those colours, great minis !
-
The Champion-Wizard and his followers of 5 Thousand Sons Marines are ready to fight the sensei warband. I'm painting two thrall wizards (psykers) and a Tzeentch Renegade too. Just to have a warband of 9 ;)
-
Two thrall witches (psykers) join the Cabal of Zoser, the Sorcerer of Tzeentch. Nice followers, they break the monotony of the TS marines. Still one Tzeentch Renegade to paint and the sacred number of Tzeentch will be reached. :D
-
Nice painting - especially on the Thrall Witches' skin. :)
-
Those are quite an original addition, I like them a lot! Agreed on the skin tones, as well as on the overall aspect!
-
The Tzeentch Renegade is done.
Now the Cabal of Sozer should be complete. ... maybe I could include still a familiar ;)
-
Very nice! There was a cool bird-Tzeentch familiar mini. That would work...
-
Then I painted the familiar for my Sorcerer. The Cabal of Sozer should be finally complete. I think I will use Pulp Alley rules to play it (it will be easier to play). At least for now. Maybe later I will try to use the realm of chaos rules for chaos warband (profiles, rules to create the warband) and necromunda for the game rules. Sozer the Seeker was the adviser and sidekick of Janus. When Janus was redeemed by the Sensei Tyrhael, Sozer became the new leader of the Cabal.

Great looking unit 8)
What will be forming the opposition for them?

Thanks :)
The Archenemy of this warband will be my sensei warband ;)
