Suddenly GUG!
Maybe I should redo the claws?
-
Great looking model & paintwork (have been waiting for Avolak to sort out his sites payment system before ordering stuff)
The claws look fine as they are, though I'd consider either a more brown through yellow to off white or a shiny black (harder to highlight but more animal like) if it were mine.

Great paint job!

Ok that is an awesome model. It's been a long time since I saw something that creepy! Well done.

GUUG!
I mean, thanks for the replies. I am hard at work shading the claws with the suggested colours now. I had trouble with it because the claws were pointing down but I just lied the figure down so now I can shade it.
The figure is from Avakola castings who posts here on the forum for anyone interested. I think it would make a great chaos monster too.

Cracking paint job on a very nice (in a grotesque way) figure.

That is a hot model! An amazing sculpt and some fetching paint work. You are right on the claws. They let down the rest of your paint job. Ballardian had some excellent suggestions for some different takes how you might approach them. They seem too pristine for such a filthy beast and look out of place. I need to get one of those. It's really beautiful in an absolutely vile, repulsive sort of way. Excellent job :-*.
