A sun! A sun! My miniatures for a sun!
I want a simple, "geometric" sun design to place on some shields for my Frostgrave soldiers. I searched for decals/waterslide transfers, but didn't find anything appropriate and would prefer not to mess with that. I was hoping to find metallic, sun shaped confetti (this would have been perfect), but have had no luck there either. I've also searched for sun shaped craft/hole punches, but I'm not sure if anything is size appropriate.
It's inconceivable that I am the first person to want sun heraldry for a shield, so I'm hoping someone here can point me in the right direction.

The sun design itself is what I had in mind, but the color is off.

I think Company B are prepared to do variants or custom decals.

Veni Vidi Vici do this set MM12 which includes some suns, not sure if you'd have a use for the others though

Try looking at buttons. I have seen some with suns embossed on, (i.e. one sun on each side of the button) they seemed to be plastic & looked as if they could could be sawn in half, with a craft saw, giving two shields per button. The ones I saw were at Craft World.

I have some GW Brettonian sun decals if they are any use - red, white and yellow

Thank you for the suggestions. I managed to find something that worked perfectly (after hours of searching). I ordered a sun-shaped craft punch (hole puncher) with a sun image, that was small enough to fit on the shield (that was the hard part). Fortunately, it can punch through thin styrene easily enough.
