Does anyone know what happens with Flag Dude? I sent several emails to order flags and receive this message "User account is rcobrien@earthlink.net … overquota"

That means his email inbox is full.

Have you tried alternative means of contacting him, such as writing to the physical address or calling him on the number given on his website?

I saw him at Fall In, he had a pretty serious motorbike accident a couple of months back and is still recovering.  He said that he was swamped with emails while he was laid up, enquiries, orders and get well soon messages, and that it will take some time to clear the backlog.  Frustrating I know but he's a great guy who makes great flags, sometimes you just got to be patient.
