Title: (COMMERCIAL) Does Gripping Beast ever do free shipping?
Post by: fitterpete on December 14, 2015, 01:37:55 AM
Hello
Like the title says
Do they ever have free worldwide shipping sales? or free shipping for orders over XX amount?
I really would like to get a bunch of metal Saracen type cavalry but the shipping comes out to almost $80 US.
Thanks,Pete

Yeah I did google it
Architects of War is not selling historicals anymore
Hobbybunker only has plastics
the other two are more exspensive than ordering direct even with the 25% P&P added in ;)
I did get a couple packs from FRP Games(at a clearance discount) but they only had those couple packs.
Thanks anyway, Pete

I have not noticed that they do.

However, GB are one of the few UK sellers that I have found actually do not charge VAT to international customers, so much of your shipping cost is offset from the reduction of VAT.  Worth some consideration at least...

That's a huge deal to me - if the cart kills the VAT properly, then I tend to buy from those places. Especially with the low $CAD now, 20% is a huge amount - often equals free shipping on the amount ...
