Great looking paint jobs on the figs. I always have liked the Necromunda Escher models.

Nick,

Cool looking figures!  You'll have to bring them to Historicon next year.  We can do a PA game when we're not playing BG WW2!!

Finished the last 2 raiders and found time to paint up five robots, usable as Depend-o-bots or military/rogue synths or what have you.

Lovely work on them all. Love the Escher I have some in a box somewhere awaiting some brush love they fit well with the EM4 stuff.

Liking the colour schemes on the robots as well. Nice to see them painted in a way that is not metallic.

Great looking minis, beautiful paint jobs indeed!  :-*

@scurv: so you didn't use the proper spray paint straight from the can then? That's how it was done hereabouts, so no chance of ruining one's hairdo even if it was +25C or -25C  o_o

really nice PJ's and great 80's hair choices.

(having had a mohawk in the 80's it always amazes me how in some of the most nasty warzones and wastelands in the universe, troopers and raiders can keep their hair looking so damm good when in the real world even with hot and cold running water as an ally it is a struggle.)

Painted up some post apoc ruined roads. Only pics I was able to grab were of the first two 12" sections since I left the roads at my parents' place. Have a total of 4 feet of road, and have a lot more to do. Thinking of doing residential roads, highway, and of course parking lots. Made using IKEA cork placemats and 1/8" hardboard.

The font on that nuka cola shirt is doing my head in. Is it freehand?
Where did the caravanners come from? They are a nice mix of minis.

Some more models finished for This Is Not A Test.

First up is my Peacekeeper warband. These are the World's End Publishing models, and are ace sculpts (the Tactical with LMG had a bit of arm surgery, though, and I added a bandanna to the Road Marshall).

And some random wastelanders. One's from Studio 2's Deadlands range (wearing a Red Rocket jumpsuit) and the other is from Brigade Games (Clint Westwood!).

And finally some Brother Vinni's Vault Dwellers (need to print some vault number decals).

The last additions look suitably ragged and worn-out, the robot especially. Skin tones on the Future Savages look really nice too :)

Yes, freehand. These minis are from Brigade Games. Some really nice variety.

Hoping to maybe get a game of This Is Not A Test in this weekend.

Been a while, and had some more games for TNT. Was at Tacticon this past fall and put on a few games (sadly the tabletop gaming attendance for this and Genghiscon in Denver have really declined over the past years compared to their heydays...), but a nice gentleman from http://skirmishwargames.com/tacticon-2017/ took some video and posted a nice article about the game he played in.

Here's a direct link to the YouTube video where he shows off some of the stuff I've been building that I've probably not been updating on this paint log.

https://youtu.be/UFtmlbze148?t=159

Also, some pics of the other board I had assembled later that weekend.

I recently received some Kraken Wargames scatter terrain from their Kickstarter earlier in 2017, and it fits right in with all the newly released terrain I got from Crooked Dice after they picked up the Pardulon post apoc range. Should hopefully get around to painting a bunch of that up soon.
